From the 9th – 15th May, it’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. The theme this year is, we can tackle loneliness together.
With this is mind, we’ve used the tips and advice from the Mental Health Foundation website to help you cope with feelings of loneliness and isolation, written with care, for you, by young people. Each day this week, we’ll share 3 tips to help empower you when you are feeling lonely. Whatever it is that makes you feel lonely, and whatever loneliness means to you – know that there are here people here with you and they want to help.
