Proper sleep is crucial to maintaining our physical and mental health, but our 24/7 lifestyles can mean we overlook the importance of a good sleep routine. So, we created this video, as a kind of "how to", to help you form some good sleep habits.
According to The Sleep Council there is an increasing body of evidence that shows the damaging effect on children and young adults who get less sleep than they need – from weight gain to depression, from poor performance and concentration to reduced creative ability and lower immunity to diseases – at a time when the pressures of the modern world are definitely leading to decreased sleep times.
