Paul Barnes - Key Worker for Plymouth
I am a positive motivated professional with 27 years of work experience in various health/social/educational settings. Over 15 years of that time has been spent supporting, advocating advising and guiding young people from all areas of society in both educational and community settings. I have a BSc in Psychology and level 4 qualifications in Advice and Guidance. I am qualified to teach in the adult life long sector and have level 3 qualifications in coaching, mentoring, person centred counselling, advocacy and am a trained Forest School Leader. The #Focus5 project presents an ideal opportunity for me to combine my experience and qualifications and support young people to work towards improving their lives. When I’m not at work I enjoy running, cycling, bodyboarding, watching films, reading books and trying to play the violin.
